Employee injured in fall from paper dolly to ground

Employee #1 was using a hook to pull a roll of paper back onto a dolly. While the employee repositioned himself on the dolly, the hook slipped and he fell backward, landing on his left elbow. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital, where he was treated for a dislocated elbow and released. No citation was issued.
