Employee falls off ladder after losing balance

At 8:48 a.m. on February 17, 1994, Employee #1, of Hodgson Construction, was installing a light steel plate covering overhead from a 6 ft ladder when he lost his balance and fell. His injuries consisted of bruises and contusions. He was taken to Highland Hospital, treated, and released. Employee #1 returned to work the next day. No citation was issued.
