Employee's foot fractured by wheel of front end loader

At about 1:25 p.m. on August 14, 1990, Employee #1 was walking in front of a slow moving front end loader. He was steadying a piece of pipe that was hanging by a chain from the loader's bucket. As he walked directly in front of one of the vehicle's wheels, he was struck by it. Employee #1 sustained fractures in his foot and leg. He was hospitalized at Seton Medical Center.
