Employee injured when struck by metal tubs

At 4:30 p.m. on May 10, 1991, while mechanics were repairing a hydraulic conveyor system, Employee #1 was told by his supervisor to move heavy metal tubs onto the conveyor. At the same time, a mechanic turned on the conveyor power, causing the heavy metal tubs to roll onto Employee #1. He was taken to Monterey Peninsula Hospital, where he stayed for three days for observation. He sustained bruises but no serious injuries.
