At approximately 10:45 a.m. on November 16, 1992, Employee #1, of Pioneer Roofing Tiles, Inc., was stacking aluminum tile molds onto a conveyor. The little finger on his right hand got caught between the conveyor belt and transfer plate (pinch point), and was lacerated.
