Employee falls from steep roof

At approximately 11:25 a.m. on October 10, 1990, Employee #1, a carpenter employed by Zappone Construction Inc., fell approximately 20 ft from a steeply pitched roof. He sustained bruises around the shoulders and upper back area. He was not using fall protection; the employer was cited a serious violation for not enforcing the use of fall protection.
