Employee injured when his forklift falls off trailer

Employee #1 drove a stand up forklift onto a trailer just as the trailer pulled away from the loading dock. The forklift fell back onto the dock and pinned the employee to the dock. The employee sustained a broken ankle and head and internal injuries. Witnesses think the employee, who was on the job only 2 weeks, didn't know which trailer to off load. Unfortunately, he drove onto a trailer that had been cleared to leave.
