Employee dies of cardiac arrhythmia

Employee #1 was found in a passageway after leaving the break area to return to work. He was transported to Rowan Memorial Hospital in Salisbury, NC, and pronounced dead on arrival. The autopsy determined that the cause of death was probably cardiac arrhythmia, secondary to ischemic heart disease, and that a laceration on his head was caused by falling after the attack and was not related to his death.
