Employee injured by falling 1,500 lb piece of equipment

Employee #1 was assembling a set of tight radius jaws for an A-46 sheet press. The jaws were sitting on a table. The employee pulled both arms toward him, causing the 1,500 lb piece to shift and fall on him. He fractured his right foot and suffered various minor lacerations to his leg and chest.
