Employee crushed to death under coil

Employee #1, of GM Hydramatic, was moving and unbanding steel coils. The coils were to be loaded into a machine cradle using an overhead crane. As he unbanded and examined the coil, it fell over onto him, pinning him against the floor. He was killed.
