Investigation Summary
On July 29, 1993, Employee #1, of the Eaton County Road Commission, was assisting a tree cutting crew near a roadway. A crew member felled a tree in the wrong direction, which struck Employee #1 in the head. He died. The employer received a serious citation for the violation of two rules.
