TWO EMPLOYEES WERE ASSIGNED TO REMOVE A HOIST FROM AN UNDERSLUNG CRANE. THE EMPLOYEES DID NOT DISCONNECT OR LOCK OUT THE POWER BEFORE THEY STARTED THIS TASK. ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES GRABBED ONE OF THE 240-VOLT RUNWAY CONDUCTORS SUPPLYING POWER TO THE HOIST. HE WAS ELECTROCUTED WHEN HE TOUCHED THE CONTROL BOX WITH HIS OTHER HAND.
