Employee struck and killed by falling tree

On June 25, 1990, Employee #1 was working in the woods on a logging operation. He was cutting limbs off a tree while coworker cut down a nearby tree. The coworker's tree fell the wrong way and landed on Employee #1. He died. Three citations were issued for serious and other than serious violations of 5151(1), 5154, and 5156(2).
