ELECTRIC SHOCK - DIRECT CONTACT WITH OVERHEAD LINE

A power line worker was getting ready to descend a utility pole. As he was removing his positioning strap from around the pole, he contacted a jumper connected to a 7200-volt primary overhead power line above him. He was electrocuted.
