Investigation Summary
An employee was delivering a load of dirt to a rural location. The employee unloaded the dirt from his dump truck, pulled away, and lowered the truck's bed completely. When the employee lowered the bed, the cab protector caught a 2150-volt overhead power line and a telephone line. When the employee stepped out of the truck, he was electrocuted.
