Employee killed in fall from roof

Employee #1 was installing electrical equipment for parking lot lights. He was working within an enclosure for an air handling unit with existing pipe guardrails at its perimeter. Employee #1 may have been working at the perimeter of the enclosure and above the guardrails when he fell and was killed. There were no witnesses.
