Firefighter dies of heart attack while on the job
On December 10, 1994, Employee #1, a fire station captain, was participating in a ladder training exercise when he apparently suffered a heart attack while on the department's 85 ft aerial ladder truck. He went into cardiac arrest and died about 45 minutes later.
