Employee crushed to death under snow plow

At approximately 10:40 a.m. on February 25, Employee #1 finished welding wear plates on a snow plow. He removed the boomer chain from the plow and went under the front of the plow to remove the stand support. The whole unit, weighing over 3,000 pounds, fell on Employee #1, fatally crushing him.
