THREE EMPLOYEES INJURED WHEN SCAFFOLDING COLLAPSES

On December 19, 1995, Employees #1 through #3 were on a scaffolding system composed of two scaffolds 5 sections high and 10 sections wide on either side of the entrance to a 5-story motel to which they were applying stucco. The neither scaffold was cross-braced on the side facing the building in order to apply the material. The scaffold was not secured to the building and collapsed. Employees #1 through #3 were injured and were taken to the hospital.
