Employee crushed and killed by tipping tractor

Employee #1 was snaking a log out of the woods when it caught on a small, deteriorated stump. He tried to pull the log over the stump, which caused his tractor to rear up and tip backward. Employee #1 was pinned under the tractor. He died from his injuries.
