Employee killed when crushed in press

Employee #1 was setting up a display. When placing the display on the heat plate, he reached 26 inches into the die area with his body to properly align the display. His thigh accidentally hit the stop button, actuating the press to the heat plate. The employee was killed when crushed in the press.
