Employee falls from roof and is killed

At 12:30 p.m. on August 8, 2015, the employee was installing rubber roofing material. During this process, the employee was no longer on the roof. The other coworkers all state that they thought he went for a break. Security camera footage shows that the employee was on the ground, alive and appeared to be crawling towards a door. It appears that the employee fell approximately 40 feet from the roof to the ground below. The employee was killed as a result of head injuries.
