EMPLOYEE KILLED WHEN CAUGH BETWEEN FORKLIFT AND GROUND

Employee #1, a construction foreman, was driving an industrial forklift down a hill when he lost control of the vehicle. The forklift veered to the left and drove off the elevated road. The forklift overturned, trapping Employee #1 between the forklift and the ground resulting in fatal injuries.
