Employee killed between backing truck cab and trailer

At 8:00 p.m., Employee #1, of Viking Systems, Inc., Tucson, AZ, was directing the driver of a semi-truck as he was reversing to hook up to another trailer. Employee #1 was behind the tires on the left side of the truck and attempted to cross to the right side as the truck was moving. He became caught between the converter dolly and the stationary trailer, and was killed.
