Employee injured in fall from wall

Employee #1 was tying off a rebar wall that was held in place by a crane. When he completed the tie-off, he unhooked the crane from the wall and began to descend the 22 ft wall. At the 19 ft level, Employee #1 missed his footing and fell to the ground. He was hospitalized.
