AN ELECTRICIAN WAS STRIPPING INSULATION FROM A 277-VOLT CONDUCTOR IN PREPARATION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A LIGHTING FIXTURE. THE EMPLOYEE APPARENTLY CONTACTED THE BARE CONDUCTOR AND WAS ELECTROCUTED.
