Employee fell from flatbed truck; dies 8 days later

At approximately 2:10 p.m. on December 2, 1992, Employee #1 was securing a load of chain link fence onto a flatbed truck when the load shifted, causing him to fall. He fell 10 ft, striking his head on the concrete. He was conscious and lucid when the EMTs arrived; he complained about his back. The employee died in the hospital eight days later due to severe head trauma.
