Employee dies in fall through skylight

At 10:30 a.m. on September 16, 1992, Employee #1 was a member of a crew that was removing and replacing corroded sections of a metal roof and replacing deteriorated fiberglass skylights on a 482 ft by 131 ft warehouse. Employee #1 stepped on an unprotected 3 ft by 10 ft skylight, fell 30 to 35 ft to the concrete floor, and was killed.
