EMPLOYEE #1 WAS PERFORMING REGULAR DUTIES USING THE PROPER PPE WHEN HE SUFFERED FROM A SEIZURE, LEADING TO HIS DEATH. LATER THAT DAY, EMPLOYEE #2 COMPLAINED ABOUT PAIN IN HIS ARMS AND TIGHTNESS IN HIS CHEST; HE CONTINUED WORKING. HE THEN COLLAPSED FROM A FATAL HEART ATTACK. NEITHER CASE INVOLVED OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURES.
