ELECTRIC SHOCK - DIRECT CONTACT WITH ENERGIZED PARTS
An employee was using a thermocoupler to test semiconductors. He contacted an exposed lead on the thermocoupler, which was energized at between 650 and 1000 volts. He was electrocuted.
