Employee killed by fall from edge of roof
On or about June 26, 1991, Employee #1 was installing Sheetrock and Firestone rubber roofing material while reroofing a school building. He fell approximately 11 1/2 feet from the edge of the roof, landing on his head on the concrete sidewalk. He was killed.
