ELECTRIC SHOCK - GROUND FAULT IN ELECTRIC DRILL

A SHIPYARD EMPLOYEE HAD TRANSFERRED FROM ONE SHIP'S HULL TO ANOTHER AND WAS DRILLING HOLES IN FLOOR BRACES OF THE SHIP'S STRUCTURE.
