ELECTRIC SHOCK - DIRECT CONTACT WITH OVERHEAD LINE

An employee was making connections to some street lights. He had completed one connection and was working on a second. After making the phase and neutral connections, he removed his rubber insulating gloves to make a connection to ground. At that point, he contacted the overhead power line.
