EMPLOYEE DIES OF EMBOLISM AFTER FALLING

ON DECEMBER 27, 1992, EMPLOYEE #1 FELL ON SOME ICE AND BROKE HER RIGHT ARM. ON JANUARY 3, 1993, EMPLOYEE #1 WAS FOUND AT HER RESIDENCE UNCONSCIOUS AND WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD ON ARRIVAL AT THE HOSPITAL. THE DOCTOR'S DIAGNOSIS WAS A PULMONARY EMBOLISM DUE TO THE FALL.
