ELECTRIC SHOCK - DIRECT CONTACT WITH ENERGIZED PARTS

An employee was disconnecting a 277-volt lighting fixture mounted in a ceiling. The lighting circuit was not deenergized, and the employee was electrocuted when he contacted an energized part.
