Employee injured in fall from bridge superstructure

On January 29, 1992, Employee #1 was climbing the lattice bracing of a bridge superstructure to untie a scaffold board. He fell to the rib arch and then into the safety net. Employee #1 sustained injuries that required hospitalization.
