Investigation Summary
At 7:20 a.m. on May 14, 2015, an employee was installing stucco underlayment on a third story exterior balcony. The employee fell from an unprotected edge more than 23 feet to the lower level of the building. The employee suffered a fatal fractured skull with frontal lobe laceration.
