Employee struck and killed by falling electrical panel

Employee #1 was stripping usable electrical parts from old electrical panels prior to scrapping them. The panels measure approximately 6 ft 6 in. high by 4 ft wide. He was inside a panel when the panel behind him fell over, struck his panel, and fell on him. Employee #1 died.
