AN EMPLOYEE WAS PRESSURE CLEANING A BUILDING USING A 32-FOOT-LONG METAL EXTENSION LADDER, WHICH HAD BEEN EXTENDED TO A LENGTH OF ABOUT 27 FEET. A 7620-VOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE WAS LOCATED ABOUT 10 FEET AWAY FROM THE BUILDING AND 27.5 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND. THE LADDER WAS APPARENTLY BEING MOVED FROM ONE AREA TO ANOTHER. WHILE THE EMPLOYEE WAS MOVING THE LADDER, IT CONTACTED THE OVERHEAD LINE. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
