Employee suffers chemical burns in anhydrous ammonia release

Employee #1, a mechanic, drained oil from the accumulator portion of a chiller by turning a globe valve a quarter of a turn. Ammonia blew from the system; Employee #1 was exposed to anhydrous ammonia and suffered chemical burns.
