Employees injured in overexposure to feet wash chemical

On August 30, 1995, Employees #1, #2, and #3, maintenance workers, were assigned to work in a basement housing the #4 and #5 tissue machines. All three employees were exposed to vapors from a new felt wash chemical, Busperse 2027, when it was dumped from the felt wash tank into the sewer that runs through the basement. Employees #1 and #2 were hospitalized that day; Employee #3 was hospitalized on September 5, 1995.
