One employee killed, one injured when aerial lift overturns

Employees #1 and #2 were working in a vehicle-mounted aerial lift basket when the entire unit tipped to the side, causing them to fall in the basket approximately 70 feet to the ground. Employee #1 was killed and Employee #2 required hospitalization.
