Employee killed when crushed by forklift

At approximately 4:00 p.m. on July 15, 1988, Employee #1 was repairing a Clarklift electrical industrial truck that evidently was not blocked. When he activated the reverse contact switch the fork lift unit forced him into the workbench behind him. Employee #1 died approximately two hours later at the University of New Mexico Hospital.
