CONSTRUCTION EMPLOYEE INJURED WHEN SCISSOR LIFT FELL OVER

EMPLOYEE #1, A CONSTRUCTION WORKER, EXTENDED THE SCISSOR LIFT HE WAS WORKING FROM TO ITS MAXIMUM HEIGHT SO THAT HE COULD INSTALL INSULATION ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING HE WAS WORKING ON. THE LIFT FELL OVER, WITH EMPLOYEE #1 RIDING IT TO THE GROUND. HE WAS ONLY SLIGHTLY INJURED.
