Employee bruised in fall from scaffold

At approximately 1:00 p.m. on March 2, 1988, Employee #1, a light installer, was moving from a lower to a higher plank on an approximately 24 ft high scaffold when he slipped and fell sideways. He tried to grab the cross bracing but fell between the planks. He landed on a scaffold plank that was about 7 ft from the floor, rolled over, and then fell to the concrete floor. He sustained minor bruises.
