Several employees hospitalized after exposure to chlorine

Utilities employees changed out 1-ton chlorine tanks and did not turn off the used tank. Chlorine was released into the area. Utilities and fire department personnel responded and were exposed to chlorine. Employees #2 through #4 were hospitalized. Employees #1, #5, and #6 were not.
