EMPLOYEE #1 WAS OPERATING A WOOD JOINTER WITH GLOVES ON. THE JOINTER CAUGHT ONE GLOVE AND PULLED HIS LITTLE FINGER INTO THE ROTATING BLADE OR CUTTER ON THE JOINER. THE FINGER WAS PARTIALLY AMPUTATED.
