Employee killed when run over by cane haul truck

On May 27, 1989, Employee #1 veered off the road into a cane field. Upon impact, he was catapulted through the truck cab's windshield and crushed under the truck's wheels. He was pronounced dead at approximately 1:23 p.m. at the accident scene.
