Employee killed in fall from stockpicker

At 11:20 p.m. on October 29, 1992, Employee #1's stockpicker was accidentally tilted when an adjacent stockpicker operator raised his forks and hooked the exposed tips of the loaded tines under Employee #1's stockpicker. Employee #1 fell approximately 22 ft from his raised stockpicker working platform. His head was fractured and he was killed.
