CONSTRUCTION EMPLOYEE STRUCK AND KILLED BY TRUCK

EMPLOYEE #1 WAS "SHOOTING THE GRADE" ON A HIGHWAY PROJECT. HE STEPPED ONTO THE HIGHWAY, UNSEEN BY THE DRIVER OF A NEARBY TRUCK. THE TRUCK STRUCK HIM, KNOCKING HIM DOWN AND RUNNING OVER HIM. HE WAS KILLED WHEN HE BECAME LODGED BETWEEN THE RIGHT DUALS.
